Naturally Harrison was founded in 2008 by Harrison Wills with the simple philosophy that business should make the world a better place. Our goal is to design and provide the best, most eco-friendly products on the market and make every aspect of our business, from the manufacturing all the way to the lifecycle of the product, as sustainable as possible. Our company is currently based in Santa Monica, California where Harrison is going to school to studying Environmental Policy and Sustainable Development.
Harrison first had the idea to offer a non-toxic, sustainable bed several years ago when he witnessed the number of chemicals that were being put into conventional beds. His family has been in the bedding industry for over 50 years which not only gave him a great deal of insight into the industry but also showed him many ways it needed to be improved. Harrison has been passionate about environmental change for many years and has very personally experienced the effects of toxic chemicals when his mother was diagnosed with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. This sparked a lifelong devotion to public health and environmental justice. His goal is to consciously expand the company to design, build and sell a wide range of healthy, eco-friendly products that improve public health and preserve natural resources.
We work to ensure that every aspect of our company is as sustainable as possible. We make deliveries in our hybrid car (whenever possible) and we commit to only making and selling products that are non-toxic, sustainably produced and that have smaller impacts on the natural environment. We also donate 5% of all our profits to top rated environmental and human rights non-profits, run our website on wind power and are constantly looking for new ways to better the world. To find out more about how our individual products are environmentally responsible, check out our product description page.
Our goal is to provide our customers with sustainable products that not only protect their health but also the long-term vitality of our planet. Together we can make a greater difference by promoting and sharing environmental research and education.
